Government Gouges Consumers on California Wine
Michael Levy was on the Bill Good Show on CKNW (Radio show in Vancouver, BC, Canada) talking about the price difference of products in the USA and Canada.
He talked about how the buying power for Canadian has increased when it comes to California wine. The price has not decreased in Canada. Where has the money gone? The liquor board (Owned by the BC Government) has been keeping the money and not passing it on to the consumers. How will this change? With consumers complaining or voting with their feet.
