Michael Choi – Apart from co-hosting and producing KinFit, Michael works as a Certified Kinesiologist and Sports Conditioning Specialist at Velocity Sports Performance in Montreal doing high performance training with various athletes at the professional, amateur and recreational levels. Prior to this, he also spent time as an Assistant Coach with Dawson College's AA Men’s Volleyball team. A former athlete himself, Michael has played competitive ice hockey and volleyball growing up in Montreal. Michael graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and currently holds certifications in fitness testing, health and wellness counselling and athletic conditioning.

Tiffany Moey – A certified athletic therapist from Concordia University, Tiffany has worked with several sports teams ranging from the recreational to university levels, and is currently the Head Field Supervisor for Dawson College's Athletic Therapy Clinic. A certified Strength and Conditioning coach as well, she also takes satisfaction in torturing her athletes with intense training sessions while fixing the broken ones. In order to create an even more hectic schedule, Tiffany is completing her second degree in Dietetics at McGill University. A lifelong fan of food, it seemed only natural to follow this path. Food and fitness belong together and Tiffany hopes to encourage this philosophy.
