Upcoming Trigger Point Course

I am very excited to be hosting William Huhn this month. A challenge I have had with clients is I stretch them and stretch them and stretch them but things don't improve. William is going teach how trigger points could be the cause of what is holding your client from increaseing their flexibility and improving in their exercise program.

Understanding Trigger Points to Overcome Pain
with William N. Huhn

This workshop covers information on myofascial trigger points and how they play a role in acute and chronic pain issues.

Trigger points will affect muscles in the sedentary or athletic body and can cause a considerable amount of long term misery if you are unfamiliar with their behavior and how to remove them.

The objective here is to focus some light on myofascial pain and a type of bodywork that has been overlooked and misunderstood for far too long, especially in the fitness arena.
