Upcoming Trigger Point Course - Course Sold Out!

The response for Williams's Trigger Point course has been huge. I have never had a course sell out so fast. It is excellent to see there is an interest to learn about trigger points and how trigger points could be the cause of your client's symptoms or impeding their progress. Those that got in should have an amazing day!

William has written an article for the Fitness & Rehab newsletter on Trigger Points.

I am working with William to have him come back to Vancouver and present his Understanding Trigger Points to Overcome Pain course. If you are interested in attending or getting first crack at the next course, respond to this newsletter and ask to be kept up to date on when the next course is.

Training Tip

“It is estimated that 60% of all running-related injuries can be attributed to training errors, that is, running too much too soon.”
