Another Registered Kinesiologist at the Olympics

Great to see the second Kinesiologist that was a the Olympic games.

Canadian Triathlete Has big Hill to Climb

BEIJING -- Carolyn Murray's Olympic journey has been a long haul.

And finally, the moment is upon her.

"You can feel the energy here, just coming off the airplane," the St. Albert, Alta., native said Saturday. "We got all these clothes with 'Canada' on them, so it really hits home that you are representing your country, and that's always something that I wanted to do."

Back in 2001, Murray's role representing her country was limited to her job as a health and fitness coordinator for CN Rail.

The job made use of her kinesiology degree from Simon Fraser University, but she felt something was seriously missing.

"It was OK," she said. "But I'm definitely not meant for a nine-to-five job. Not many people are, I think.
