E-mail and Print Material Equal In Delivering Exercise Programs to Diabetics

Recommended disease management for people with type 2 diabetes includes exercise, nutrition therapy and medication therapy. Delivering exercise programs to people with type 2 diabetes can be time-consuming and costly, which limits the feasibility of these programs, so the medical community is always interested in novel ways to effectively deliver exercise programs to patients.
