Rick Kaselj Update

It has been another great week.

I have been working hard to get ready for the January 19 announcement.

I have been working on this project for months and I am glad I will be able to share it with you all very soon.

This week I was featured in a national wide magazine, Best Health. I was asked to comment on a number of exercise and injury issues. I have been featured in local magazines but this is my first consumer national magazine.

This week I have a video interview that a Seattle personal trainer had done of me when he was attending one of my courses. Enjoy and watch what I have to say about the future trends in exercise and injuries.

P.S. - Check your e-mail on Monday, I have a huge announcement!

- Rick
