Rick Kaselj Update

Last week was an amazing week.

The first Exercises for Injuries manual went out.

It was another great weekend, presenting on Core Stability.

Plus, I got the first of my courses recorded for DVD.

This week, I am getting ready for the courses in March.

I am very excited to announce that I am hosting Bill Huhn's Trigger Point courses.

Bill will be presenting his sold out Understanding Trigger Points to Overcome Pain in New Westminster on March 7. To learn more about this course,

Plus on the Sunday, he will be presenting his new, HANDS-ON: Trigger Point for Shoulder & Migraine Issues. To learn more about this course,

Have a great day and enjoy part 3 of the gluteus maximus articles.
