Rick Kaselj Update

I just finished one of the interviews for the next Exercises for Injuries Manuals. The interview was with a doctor from Singapore who shared with subscribers some of the new research around scoliosis and what fitness professionals need to remember when designing an exercise program for a client with scoliosis.

In this issue of the Fitness & Rehab newsletter, I have another interview with one of the presenters for the March 28 & 29 Fitness & Rehab Conference.

I interview Andrew Peters who talks about his self trigger point technique that he uses with his athletes to help them performing at a their peak level. He will be sharing his techniques in the "Introducing the Myorelease Technique" on March 28.

Enjoy the interview.

P.S. - I have a number of announcements over the next few weeks. One of them I will have for you on Thursday. Watch for it!

Fitness & Rehab Conference

The Myorelease Technique with Andrew Peters

In this session you will learn how to release your own myofascial trigger points. Releasing your own myofascial trigger points will help decrease muscle hypertonicity, soreness and improve flexibility. Releasing trigger points leads to optimal neuro-muscular tone and function.
