Scoliosis Exercises


Today I have some tips for you when working with a scoliosis client.

Before I get to the tips, I wanted to give you an update on the Effective Exercises for Scoliosis Manual.

The American Council on Exercise (ACE) has recognized the Effective Exercises for Scoliosis Manual!

This is so great!

Along with earning continuing education credits from:

- British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association (6 BCRPA CEC)
- British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (6 BCAK CEC)
- British Columbia College of Massage Therapists (7 BCCMT CEC)
- Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists (6 CSEP PDC)

Now you can now earn:

- American Council on Exercise (0.5 ACE CEC)

It is amazing that ACE has recognized the Effective Exercises for Scoliosis Manual as a recommended distance education course for their members.
