Stretch Therapy Workshop
This six-day workshop is based on Overcome neck & back pain, 4th edition. The workshop will train bodywork practitioners in the diagnosis and treatment of neck, back, shoulder, arm and hand pain caused by muscular and skeletal asymmetries. Participants will gain mastery of relevant solo and practitioner-applied stretching and strengthening exercises and neural repatterning techniques for the analysis and correction of desirable function. We want you to demonstrate that you can teach your patients how to help themselves. Participants are expected to read Kit's 4th edition Overcome neck & back pain and have adequate anatomical knowledge prior to the workshop.
