Do you think a mechanic would say,
"To prevent your car's engine from seizing up, make sure you keep filling up the windshield wiper fluid."
It is on the same path as thinking that taking pills will prevent you from getting cancer.
Guess what, read the last sentence of the article and it says what you need to know about preventing cancer:
"Doctors recommend a healthy diet, exercise, weight management and not smoking to reduce cancer risk."
