Chalk up another reason to exercise. More and more research suggests that physical activity plays a key role in reducing the risk of some forms of cancer.

According to the American Cancer Society, obesity, inactivity and an unhealthy diet are second only to tobacco use when it comes to major risk factors for cancer.

Hi Rick, keep posting this great info. It's good to see the posts coming in thick an fast! A bit off subject as far as cancer and execise goes, but was just wondering if you have any good exercises you use to prevent repeat wrist sprains in boxers and matial artists? Your advice on this would be much appreciated (could even be a blog post!)
