I am just wrapping things up from last weekends, Exercise Rehabilitation of the Lower Body course. A few of you were asking me about next years course so here is a quick e-mail on that.

What a Weekend of Presenting!
--------------------------------------------

This past weekend I presented the Exercise Rehabilitation of the Lower Body courses in Vancouver. The group that attended was great and it was a wonderful weekend of learning.

Last night, I was going through the evaluations and this is what a few of them had to say:

“Good job Rick! I had fun while learning. Nice pace kept moving, steady and clear instruction.” – Jodi Boates

“Fun weekend loaded with info, ideas, valuable handouts and pleasant group of participants. Will definitely recommend and attend another course by Rick”
- Hilary Hannigan.

I am working on my 2009 presentation schedule.

CSEP Members, Look Out!
--------------------------------------------

I have been asked by the BC chapter of Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologist (CSEP) to do a talk on shoulders. I know this is a surprise.

The talks will be:

- Returning the Shoulder Back to Optimal Function
- Save Your Client's Shoulders

Contact the CSEP office if you are interested. It will be on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at the University of the Fraser Valley.

See you there!

Take care.

- Rick
