Masters is Paying Off
--------------------------------------------
When I first started doing my Masters Degree in Exercise Science, the main reason was to get more knowledge, have a deeper understanding of exercise rehabilitation, to learn more about corrective exercise and to do research on exercise rehabilitation of the rotator cuff. All of these goals were met.
One thing, I did not know it would bring, is all the opportunity. One of those opportunities fell into my lap about 1 month after finishing my masters. I have been asked to be a sessional instructor at the University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford, BC, Canada. In January, I will be teaching a lecture and lab in anatomy and physiology to first year students. I am very excited about this as I get to keep learning more about anatomy and physiology, get to teach more than just on weekends and can keep working on my presentation skills. I am looking forward to the opportunity and challenge.
Thank you to all of you for your support in my courses because teaching all those courses was one of the big reasons I got the opportunity.
Thank you for your support.
