Fitness & Rehab Newsletter

Hi Fitness & Rehab Subscribers,

This past Sunday was amazing. I spent the morning going for a walk and off to the local famer’s market to get fresh fruit & vegetables.

While my son was sleeping, I head off into my office to do some reading. I came across a great article from the University of Mishigan on ankle sprains and how traditional ankle rehab programs are not working.

This is what they reported:

P.S. - Exercise Rehabilitation of the Lower Body courses are this weekend. I have extended the early registration deadline until today, to register for exercise rehab of the hip, knee, balance, foot & ankle visit,

Thank you for all of your support,
