I have been doing webinars for about 6 months now and the response to them has been great.

I am working on my upcoming webinars:

Friday, March 19, 2010 – 9:00 am to 10:00 am PST
Lower Back Spinal Fusion & Exercise

Friday, April 30, 2010 – 9:00 am to 10:00 am PST
Exercise and Plantar Fasciitis

Friday, May 7, 2010 - 9:00 am to 10:00 am PST
Core Stability of the Hip - Hip Injury Exercises

I will have more information on them early next week.

Even though I have been doing them for almost half a year, a number of people have questions about what they are. I wanted to answer some of the most common questions that I get.
