Kinesiologists Regulated in Ontario
I am e-mailing you to inform you that the Ontario government has added Kinesiologists as a Regulated Health Professional.
At the present time, the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (http://www.bcak.bc.ca/ ) has an application in the hands of the Ministry of Health in British Columbia for approval for regulation.
Hopefully the actions of the Ontario government will help the British Columbia government see that Kinesiologist provide an essential service to the public and unqualified individuals that provide these services can cause serious harm to the public.
