Traumatic Brain Injury and Exercise
I got a follow up blog post for you.
It is a follow up on the exercise and concussion one I did a few days back.
The last one got lots of discussion on Facebook especially when I shared Mike’s story on how he used Crossfit to help him rehabilitate and recover from a traumatic brain injury.
Crossfit is one of those exercise programs that some people love and some people hate. Kind of like step aerobics.
Here is an update on my client with a concussion:

Plus I have second post for you. It is a video of a hip resurfacing surgery that I thought might interest you.

P.S. – I made a mistake in the dates for the posture and running course in the last email. Here are the correct dates:
- Postural Assessment & Exercise Prescription
Saturday, January 23, 2010 - 8:45 am to 5:30 pm
- Injury-Free Running
Sunday, January 24, 2010 - 8:45 am to 4:00 pm
Both courses are at Douglas College in New Westminster and early registration ends Monday.
