Let's Celebrate!

As many of you know (Especially if you have attended my course or followed me on Facebook.), my wife and I were expecting out second child.

The gift of our second child, came fast and furious during the early morning hours of Sunday.

On Sunday, June 13 at 3:33 my wife and I had our second son, Kaleb Kaselj.

It was a fast labor but ended with a great gift.

For the guys out there who do not have kids. Here are some tips for you to make thing go smother during the birth.

Rick’s 3 Tips for Expecting Dads
- When your wife is in hard labor (You will find out what that is.), you have permission to speed.
- Have a snack bag in the car, it could be a long day / night and you will need your blood sugars to be stable.
- Pack a few gallons of water, the hospital just dries you out.
