Triggger Point Course with William Huhn
Today I have a great interview on Trigger Points.

Many of the methods that William teaches, I have incorporated into the work that I do. His techniques with trigger points, I use with my clients when it comes to trigger points in the lower and upper body related to:
- Low back pain
- SI Joint pain
- Running Injuries
- Shoulder injuries
